⚠️MAG Boxes use a Portal URL — not a username/password. Contact us with your MAG's MAC address (on the sticker on the base) and we'll provide the correct Portal URL.
  1. Connect your MAG Box via HDMI and Ethernet. Press Menu on the remote.
  2. Go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
  3. Enter your Portal URL in the Portal 1 field. Press OK to save.
  4. Reboot your MAG Box. It loads the portal and channel list automatically on restart.
